$1 MILLION MATCHING CHALLENGE

In late 2024, Penn LDI received a generous gift from the Leonard and Sophie Davis Fund in support of the Summer Undergraduate Mentored Research (SUMR) Program and LDI initiatives aimed at increasing population access to health insurance and health care.

As part of this gift, the Davis Fund also created a $1 million matching challenge: Every gift to SUMR will be matched before September 30, 2025.

Over the past 25 years, SUMR has trained and inspired over 400 health services researchers. Your donation will enable SUMR to continue to thrive. We hope you’ll help us reach our goal.
